Lantern Guard Merge

What we collect

Nothing. Lantern Guard Merge has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We do not collect your name, e-mail, location, device identifiers, advertising identifier or IP address, and we do not sell or share any data.

What stays on your device

To keep your game going, the app saves the following only on your device:

• game progress: coins, fighters on the board and in the ring, wave, upgrades, unit codex and achievements;
• settings such as vibration;
• the player name you type in your profile;
• your profile photo, if you take one.

None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. It may be included in your own iCloud or device backup, which is handled by Apple under your backup settings.

Camera

The camera is used only when you tap Take photo in your profile. The picture is cropped to a square and stored inside the app on your device. The app never opens or reads your photo library and never uploads the photo.

iOS asks for camera permission first. You can refuse or turn it off at any time in Settings → Lantern Guard Merge; the game works fully without it.

In-app purchases

The game is free to play. It offers optional one-time coin packs (Coin Pile, Coin Stack, Lucky Coin Bag and Treasure Chest). Each pack adds in-game coins once and is used up as you spend them.

• There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
• Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details, Apple ID or billing information.
• The app only receives a confirmation from Apple that a purchase succeeded and then adds the coins on your device.
• Refunds and purchase history are managed by Apple. Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Purchase prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency before you confirm.

In-game boosts

SPAWN X2 and ATTACK x2 are bought with coins earned in the game. They are temporary game effects, not real-money purchases, and involve no personal data.

Internet connection

The game plays offline. A connection is used only by the App Store when you make a purchase, and when you open this policy from the app.

Apple may collect store, purchase and diagnostic information under the Apple Privacy Policy.

Deleting your data

Use Settings → Delete progress to erase your game progress, or delete the app to remove everything, including your profile photo. Because we keep no server copy, there is nothing left with us to erase.

Children

The game is suitable for a general audience. We knowingly collect no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
